At the moment, we deliver within Lebanon only through Wakilni.
Standard Delivery: $5 — arrives within 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: $6.66 — arrives within 1–2 business days
For express delivery, please contact us first so we can confirm availability with the delivery company.

Yes! You can track your order through your order status on our website. Once your order is received by the delivery company, you will also receive a tracking link.
You can modify or cancel your order before it is handed over to the delivery company. After that, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
The driver will usually contact you on the day of delivery to confirm your location. If you are unavailable, the delivery can be rescheduled for another date.
Of course! You can place your order through our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram. We are always happy to help.

Our book prices are generally set by the publishers, so we do not usually offer discounts on individual items.
However, we may occasionally have special offers and promotions. We also offer free delivery on orders over $100.
For orders over $150, a small discount may be discussed depending on the products selected.
Prices vary depending on factors such as size, materials, number of pages or pieces, interactive features, quality, and publisher or brand.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within one day of receiving your order.
If you receive a defective item, we will arrange an exchange. If we accidentally send the wrong item, we will collect it and deliver the correct one.
In both cases, Toy Tales covers all delivery fees.

Every Toy Tales order is packed with care and lots of love. 🤍 Products are protected using kraft paper or boxes, with bubble wrap when needed, and beautifully finished with stickers and ribbons.
You can also send an order directly as a gift anywhere in Lebanon! Just provide us with the recipient's details and location. We can also include a personal gift message, and the recipient will not receive the pricing or order details.
